Orifice Flange Assemblies
For general purpose applications .Available in sizes from 2” to 40” of different types and materials depending from the fluid and process conditions.
 
Meter Tubes & Meter Runs
Tercom Meter Tubes are normally manufactured in sizes from 2” to 24” dia with upstream and downstream honed pipe sections for accurate flow measurement .

 
Venturi Tubes
Designed to provide accurate flow measurement with a minimum of permanent pressure loss, Tercom Venturi Tubes are precision machined to meet the accuracy and tolerances of the applicable Standards .
 
Flow Nozzles
Tercom Flow nozzles are available in sizes from 2” to 30” for a wide range of applications at medium and high pressure and temperature.
 
"Terflow" (Multi-Port Averaging Pitot Tubes)
For insertion in lines of any size.Simple and fast installation good accuracy and repeatability make “TerFlow” a valid alternative for large pipe sizes where use of Orifice Flanges, Venturi tubes or Flow nozzles would be unpractical or too expensive.
 
Multistage Pressure Reducers
Used for flow or pressure reducing when a simple Restriction Orifice is not suitable due to the high required pressure drop or noise limitations.
 
Thermocouples & RTD Assemblies
Manufactured for a wide range of applications and temperature according to ANSI MC 96.1 (Thermocouples ) and IEC 751 / DIN 43760 (RTD’s) Standards, with High-Purity MgO (Magnesium Dioxide) mineral insulated cables with stainless steel sheath material.
 
Thermowells
To allow thermocouples & RTD’s mounting a Thermowell is generally necessary to provide adequate protection of the thermoelements. Tercom thermowells are manufactured in any length with different materials from pipe or bar-stock,
with process connections threaded, welded, or flanged to meet practically any type of requirement and process condition.
 
Steam & Water Analysis Systems
For Power Plants the control of phisico-chemical characteristics of feed water and the generated steam is of great importance for quality and
economical reasons.

Pressure Instrumentation

Badotherm industrial pressure gauge series are available in 5ø/63/1øø /16ø mm. The designs are complied to EN837-1/9.7.2, (formerly BS 178ø & DIN 16006), ANSI B40.1.1 , ASME B 40 .100. All Badotherm stainless steel tubes are made from seamless drawn tube

 
Temperature Instrumentation
Badotherm industrial series temperature gauges are available in 63/80/100/125/160 mm with stainless steel gas filled or bimetal thermometer. The gauges come in various mounting and connection. The standard connection on this thermometer is an adjustable fitting in order to give more flexibility to stem length immersion.
 
Chemical Seals

Badotherm range of chemical seals are specifically designed to modern chemical processing and process manufacturing which procedures demand ever greater accuracy and reliability from their pressure and level measuring instruments. Both costs and production downtime must be kept to absolute minimum.
